Our bread making bundle comes with everything you need to start making delicious golden baked bread. Included accessories are a Danish Dough Whisker to stir wet dough 3x faster than a traditional spatula. A Stainless-Steel Scraper for cutting and shaping your bread. A flexible dough scraper to get the dough out of the basket. A Scoring Lame with 5 extra blades to assist with dough expansion, 2 cloth liners to protect the basket and a cleaning brush. Our bread baskets are made from the highest grade Indonesian natural rattan. This art has been passed down many generations and has been perfected to make smooth, non-odor, and non-sticky bread proofing baskets. Each kit will include a 25cm Oval breadbasket and a 25cm Round breadbasket. Each with its own washable liner. Each basket is able to hold about 90g of dough each. Remember that the bread will rise by 30% during baking. Bread making just got a lot easier with 2 washable linens. If you decide to put the dough directly on the baskets, make sure to use a generous amount of flour prior to each use and remove any excess flour after you are finished.
